Most district courts require fines to be paid in full on the date of trial or sentencing.

Administrative License Suspension (ALS) by the NH DMV | Minimum: 6 months |
Required Treatment | 7 day Multiple Offender Program (MOP), which must immediately follow any jail sentence. Cost is approx. $1550.00
Failure to complete the program is considered contempt of court and will result in a 14 day jail sentence.
The court may impose additional treatment and/or counseling conditions as well, including random urine tests. |

Insurance requirements | Proof of an SR-22 prior to reinstatement. |
