Felony Drug Charge Dismissed

The defendant and his roommate, both college students, were charged with manufacturing and possessing drugs, a felony offense in New Hampshire.

Result: Our client's felony charge was dismissed in district court. He pled guilty to a misdemeanor and received a suspended sentence and probation.
His roommate was not so fortunate. His felony charge has been bound over to the superior court for presentation to a grand jury.
